We are pleased to be able to make available to you an online research tool through Wolters Kluwer Law & Business, CCH. CCH is a one stop resource for employment information, saving you valuable time!


Consumer Price Index

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) is an index number measuring the average price of consumer goods and services purchased by households. As an EA Member, you have access to the CPI. It can be used to index (i.e., adjust for the effects of inflation) wages, salaries, pensions, or regulated or contracted prices.


Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

The EA wants to continue to be a valuable resource when it comes to the very important workplace conversations around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. As a part of our continued effort, the EA is providing resources, training and coaching to member organizations.


Human Resource Certifications

HR Certification Institute (HRCI) has an alliance with the Employers’ Association. Benefits of this alliance include: a discount on an HRCI Certification exam and up to 12 rectification credits over 3 years (3 general credits and 1 business credit per year of membership). In an effort to better help our member employees keep a record of their HRCI/SHRM credits, the EA can track this information electronically for EA members who attend EA events. We are offering this service free of charge as a membership benefit for our members.


HR Hotline & Limited Legal Hotline

Our staff of HR professionals is just a phone call (or email) away! We can help you with matters dealing with employer/employee relations, regulatory compliance questions, and other issues that are important to HR professionals. We can even provide you with sample policies, model handbook language and other types of information to help your HR department run effectively. With your EA membership, you also have access to a team of employment law attorneys to answer your more specific questions.

The EA’s HR Consulting service allows us to bring our offerings right to you. Let the EA sharpen and enhance key skills for you and your team!


HR Recruiting

The EA’s HR Recruiting service features experienced HR professionals that can assist to make sure you are getting applicants with the necessary skills and experience for your professional-level positions.


HR Support

The EA’s HR Support service features experienced HR professionals that focus specifically on providing you with “what you need, when you need it.” In other words, we can provide staff to help you with anything from day-to-day HR functions to long-term projects and analysis.


Labor Law Posters

What’s on your walls? Stay on top of changing mandatory information throughout the year with the EA’s convenient labor law poster annual update service. Included in each poster set is one laminated poster with the required federal postings and one laminated poster with your state’s required postings.
