Labor Law Posters

By September 16, 2020September 18th, 2020Uncategorized

What posters do I need?

Companies are required to post Federal and State notices for employees.
The Employers’ Association provides you with Federal and State Labor Law Poster Kits that includes one laminated poster with the required federal postings and one laminated poster with your state’s required postings. Kits are available for all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Stay on top of changing mandatory information throughout the year with our convenient Update Service! You won’t have to worry if a posting has changed – you will automatically receive those changes.
For one year, whenever a mandatory change to federal or state postings occurs, you’ll receive a brand new poster updated to replace the old one within 30 days of the government finalizing content.
Federal labor law mandates that every business with at least one employee display the following posters in each workplace location:
  • Minimum Wage
  • It’s the Law (OSHA)
  • Equal Employment Opportunity
  • Uniformed Services Employment & Reemployment Rights Act
  • Employee Polygraph Protection
  • Family and Medical Leave Act
State of Ohio Posters Include:
  • Unemployment Insurance
  • Minimum Wage
  • Minor Labor Law
  • Ohio Fair Employment Practices Law
  • Rebuttable Presumption Law
  • No Smoking (separate 8.5 x 11 laminated)
