HRCI/EA Alliance

HR Certification Institute (HRCI) has an alliance with The Employers’ Association. Benefits of this alliance include: a discount on an HRCI Certification exam, up to 12 rectification credits over 3 years (3 per year of membership), and a dedicated Recertification Concierge to assist with all questions. In an effort to better help our member employees keep a record of their HRCI/SHRM credits, the EA is now tracking this information electronically for EA members who attend EA events. We are offering this service free of charge as a membership benefit for our members.

We know that the skills taught in the EA’s staff development classes are very well rounded and directly applicable to the issues we face as an employer.
