For Training Look Nowhere Else
For staff training and education, we look to The EA first, and really don’t see any need to look anywhere else. We assign nurses to be “in charge” each shift, which requires assigning tasks, directing work, and problem solving. They essentially are leaders for their team, without the supervisory title. We have our charge nurses attend The EA’s seminar on Leading Without Formal Authority, which gives them the skills and information they need to fulfill this leadership role with confidence.

We partnered with The EA to provide Manager Leadership training. And it truly was that – a partnership.
