Jean Abramowski. Jean is an independent consultant who provides expert solutions to Affirmative Action issues. She has over thirty years’ experience and partnered with The EA for over 20 years. Prior to owning her own practice, Jean developed and managed an AA/EEO consulting group for a Wisconsin-based Employers’ Association.

Robert Bethel, SPHR. Bob’s career in human resources has led him through a number of area organizations. EA members tap into his extensive experience via our HR Hotline and by engaging him for training and consulting projects. Bob is involved in the HR Professional community as the Director of the Ohio SHRM State Council and in the local community as a Springfield Township Trustee.

Tim Butler, LPCC. Tim brings his experience of over 20 years in the business sector and combines it with his 12 years in the field of psychology to give you valuable insight and tools you use immediately. He assists others in working through their own personal struggles as well as helping them to better manage conflict. Tim works as a consultant and lectures widely on issues related to mental health. Tim counsels at the Center for Solutions in Brief Therapy at 5600 Monroe Street, Sylvania, OH. Tim’s teaching style is very interactive. Adults learn best when they are actively involved versus simply listening to monologist instruction. A fun atmosphere is a must in removing defenses to personal change and is employed greatly in all of the learning material.

Jack Hollister, President, Employers’ Association. Since 1997, Jack has led The EA as its president, developing the overall direction of The Association and managing its day-to-day activities. He also trains and consults in the areas of leadership development, strategic planning and the utilization of the DISC profile for team-building purposes. In his spare time, Jack enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and golfing.

David Hyslop, Ph.D. David has served as a trainer and consultant to various service, industrial, and non-profit organizations for over 20 years. In addition to his business experience as a production supervisor for General Motors and manager with AT & T, he has served as a business education professor and department chair at Bowling Green State University for over 25 years. David’s consulting experience includes leadership and leadership assessments, employee motivation, communication, and performance development. David has formal training as a coach and is currently serving in this capacity for leaders in a number of organizations.

Dave Tippett, PHR Director, On Site Training and Consultation, Employers’ Association. Dave is well-known in the Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan business community for his enthusiasm, training creativity and commitment to helping people work better, together. He provides customized training content, delivered with an innovative and interactive approach. Aside from training, Dave is also a published playwright and author. He and his wife, Jill, live in Gibsonburg.
