We worked with the EA to design and implement a series of onsite training sessions for our front line managers and supervisors. I appreciated their focus on the sustainability of the learning, which included immediate reflection on the material at the end of the sessions, but also ‘homework’ that was assigned which gave participants a chance to practice what they learned. The EA trainers delivered content in engaging, interactive and effective ways, resulting in very positive responses from participants. They were also highly knowledgeable on the topics discussed.
