Our HR Consultants will conduct a thorough investigation of a complaint registered by an employee(s), prepare a written report summarizing the results of the investigation and, if necessary make recommendations to designated company officials after the conclusion of the investigation.
We will conduct the investigation by interviewing those making the complaint, as well as witnesses who may possess knowledge or evidence that is essential to the investigation. Additionally, we will review emails, notes and other documents obtained during the course of the investigation to determine their relevance to the allegations.
All complaints and investigations are treated confidentially to the extent possible and information is disclosed during the investigation strictly on a need-to-know basis.
