• July 30: Understanding Personality Styles – An electronic assessment is sent to each participant for completion prior to the session so that we can focus on learning and application of the results during the session.

• August 1: Team Building & Development

• August 6: Building and Maintaining Trust on Teams

• August 8: Emotional Intelligence in Leadership

• August 13: Leading Through Change

• August 15: Constructive Feedback and Difficult Conversations

• August 20: Verbal De-Escalation

• August 22: 5 Languages of Appreciation
