• April 16: Understanding Personality Styles with DISC – An electronic assessment is sent to each participant for completion prior to the session so that we can focus on learning and application of the results during the session.

• April 25: Building and Maintaining Trust

• April 30: Emotional Intelligence in Leadership

• May 2: Leading Through Change

• May 7: Constructive Feedback and Coaching

• May 9: Verbal De-Escalation

• May 14: 5 Languages of Appreciation
