Employment Law Conference

Annually in the Spring

The EA’s Employment Law Conference is designed to give you the information you need to stay on top of the critical issues facing employers today. This conference typically include presentations by top employment law attorneys from the region, with topics such as Discrimination and Harassment Claims, Workplace Investigations, Telecommuting and Reasonable Accommodation, Marijuana Use and other trending issues.

Leadership Conference and Annual Meeting

Annually in the Summer

The Leadership Conference and Annual Meeting is held in the summer and features a presentation on a trending topic, such as Employee Retention, Corporate Culture, Women In Leadership. This event is held in conjunction with The EA’s annual update to the membership.

Toledo Human Resource Associations Conference (THRAC)

Annually in the Fall

The Toledo Human Resource Associations Conference (THRAC) is held each Fall. Trending workplace topics such as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Business Ethics, and Leadership Strategies are presented both corporately and in breakout sessions. There are also ample networking opportunities.
