  • Demonstrate setting a positive example from the start: best engaging opening lines.
  • Demonstrate the tools of a facilitator (body language, active listening, paraphrasing, eye contact, paying attention to verbal’s, pacing).
  • Explain the place for interactive activities to boost learning and DO’s and DON’Ts.
  • Explain using ‘energizers’ like riddles, short videos, ice breakers, etc.
  • Identify strategies in resolving common problem situations (including the disruptive questioner, the know-it-all, the negative personality, the jokester, and conflictual situations).
  • Demonstrate the power of the open ended question and getting them to respond.
  • Describe how to best answer a variety of questions.
  • Establish a partnership to help you improve.
