As our teams have become more proficient at adapting and responding to changing conditions at work and at home, we as leaders need to continue our focus on fostering team resilience in order to meet future challenges.
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
Focus on week-by-week goal setting to remain agile and responsive to changing conditions.
Encourage “Stop, Start and Continue” thinking on their teams.
Describe the importance of story sharing and temperature checks to build empathy and hope.
Demonstrate a simple “5 Why” problem-solving method to get teams unstuck (and more resilient).
