The EA is committed to providing our members with a wide variety of team development and learning options to best meet your needs. With that in mind, most seminars that will be offered with an in-person option as well as a live-online option. We can always count on change being one of the constants of life. Many times, leaders are on the front line in helping employees navigate times of change, which include ambiguity, volatility, uncertainty and complexity. This session will equip even the most seasoned leader with the tools and mindset needed to help their organization meet goals while empowering and encouraging employees along the way.

At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Understand change in culture: Why the gaps?

• Describe why change doesn’t have to be hard

• Recognize how “change-agile” your employees are

• Demonstrate how to mitigate the emotions of change

• Understand fear setting vs. goal setting

• Participate in Barriers and Beliefs: A Change Exercise

• Describe what it means to “move the elephant”

• Successfully create a Personal Action Plan
