The EA is committed to providing our members with a wide variety of team development and learning options to best meet your needs. During this hands on workshop, we will use data from EA Surveys and other sources to develop wage ranges for specific positions. Participants will learn how to match jobs from surveys to their own job descriptions, when it may be appropriate to blend jobs to determine the best fit, and understand how to use wage ranges and job grades. We will also show you how to communicate the true value of your positions to your employees by developing a total compensation report.

Come prepared with job descriptions and benefit costs in order to:

• Develop wage ranges for your positions

• Match your jobs with salary survey data

• Determine if job grades are appropriate for your organization

• Construct a total compensation report
