In this session you will gain a better understanding of the financial, regulatory and contractual liabilities associated with the eligibility provisions of your company’s health and welfare plans.

  • Full-time to part time health plan change – that violates both ACA & Sec. 125 rules
  • Employees located in other states – your company policies are not complaint with that states employment or benefit mandates
