Let’s face it: we all have unconscious biases that can impact our behavior patterns, our language, and our interactions with others.
Unconscious bias impacts how leaders make decisions, including decisions about who is hired and promoted. Even those of us with the best intentions sometimes act in biased ways and don’t even realize we’re doing it. The good news is that we can overcome our unconscious biases to make better decisions, create an environment where everyone can share ideas and opinions, and help to build a more diverse and inclusive company. This training will provide actionable strategies to mitigate unconscious bias in the workplace.
